Yes, we can process cleaning on the same day as long as there is a 5-hour window between the time the previous guest checks out and the next guest checks in. This allows us enough time to thoroughly clean and prepare the property for the next guest. However, we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability and to give us time to schedule our cleaners accordingly.
Yes, if required. We can conduct an initial inspection of your property during the registration phase. To ensure that your property always looks like the picture, you can bring everything to perfect condition before the inspection, so that we can photograph all the important details that we will observe in each cleaning. Or if you already have high-quality photos, you can send them to our mail.

Yes, we can use your chemicals if that matters to you. Just give us instructions on what exactly our cleaners can use and in what places and where they are located on your property.
Yes, we can provide our own linens. We typically use white bed linen and towel sets and recommend replacing each set after it has been washed no more than 10 times.
Yes, we can use your linens. It’s recommended that you have several sets of bed linens available, as this can help us save time on cleaning and prevent any inconvenience if any of the linens are damaged.
Yes, you can request your own cleaning list. Simply create a list of specific tasks you would like our cleaners to perform and send it to us at [email protected]. If any of the tasks are not included in our standard cleaning services, we may be able to provide them as additional services at a separate price.

You have a few options if you don’t have your own bed linen:
- You can rent bed linen and towels from us. Just give us a call or send us an email for details.
- We can purchase bed linen and towels for you, and the cost will be added to your bill.
- Alternatively, you can purchase bed linen and towels on your own and leave them out for our cleaners to use during their visits.
Yes, we can provide laundry service for your bed linens and towels. If you have at least two sets of bed linens and towels, we can take the dirty set to the laundry and provide you with a clean set during each cleaning. We will ensure that the fresh sets of linens and towels are placed in their respective locations in your property, so your guests can enjoy a comfortable and clean stay.
Yes, we can schedule maintenance or regular maintenance for you. We have partners who provide home appliance services, and you can order this service from us if you have any problems with your equipment. Just let us know what you need, and we will take care of it for you.
